摘 要:采用无压浸渗法制备B_(4)C/Al和B_(4)C-CeB_(6)/Al复合材料,用扫描电子显微镜及能谱分析、X射线衍射分析和透射电镜分析等手段对B_(4)C-CeB_(6)/Al复合材料进行研究和分析,研究了CeO_(2)对B_(4)C-CeB_(6)/Al预制体组织性能的影响。结果表明:B_(4)C-CeB_(6)/Al复合材料的相组成为Al,B_(4)C,AlB_(2),Al_(3)BC和CeB_(6),CeO_(2)的加入可以减少Al_(4)C_(3)的生成;随CeO_(2)添加量增加,B_(4)C-CeB_(6)/Al复合材料的密度、抗弯强度、断裂韧性和硬度都有所提高;原位生成的CeB_(6)颗粒,能够将相邻的B_(4)C紧密的连接在一起,起到了增强作用;同时其在预制体中含量的增加起到细化B_(4)C晶粒的作用,提高了B_(4)C-CeB_(6)预制体抗弯强度。The B_(4)C/Al and B_(4)C-CeB_(6)/Al composites prepared by pressure-free infiltration were analyzed by means of scanning electron microscopy and energy spectrum, X-ray diffraction and transmission electron microscopy to study the effect of CeO_(2) on the microstructure properties of the B_(4)C-CeB_(6)/Al preforms. The results showed that B_(4)C-CeB_(6)/Al phase composition is Al, B_(4)C, AlB_(2), Al_(3)BC and CeB_(6), and addition of CeO_(2) can reduce the formation of Al_(4)C_(3);the density, flexural strength, fracture toughness and hardness of the composite increase with the addition of CeO_(2);the CeB_(6) particles in situ formed can tightly connect adjacent boron carbide, and play an enhanced role;at the same time, the increase of its content in the preform can refine the boron carbide and improve the bending strength of the B_(4)C-CeB_(6) preform.
