摘 要:以热分解温度较高的碳酸镧为原料,将气态悬浮焙烧设备引入到稀土行业中进行稀土碳酸盐的焙烧处理。采用同步热分析仪、X射线衍射仪、激光粒度仪、扫描电子显微镜、智能粉体特性测试仪对产品的热分解过程、晶相组成、晶体粒度、形貌特征、比表面积、密度和安息角等特性进行了表征。对连续生产过程中的能耗、产品收率等实际生产指标进行持续监测,并与传统静态焙烧工艺做综合性比较。结果表明:气态悬浮炉焙烧稀土碳酸盐的适应性强,可以生产出合格的稀土氧化物产品,产品无过烧或欠烧,产品流动性好,比表面积大,单位产品能耗低,该设备可以在稀土行业推广。Gas suspension calcination was introduced into the rare earth industry to roast lanthanum carbonate. Thermal-decomposition process, crystal phase structure, powder particle size, morphology features, specific surface area, density and resting angle were studied by means of differential thermal/thermo-gravimetric analyzer(TG-DTA), X-ray diffractometer(XRD), laser particle size meter, scanning electron microscope(SEM) and intelligent powder characteristic tester. The actual production indexes, such as energy consumption and product yield, were monitored in the continuous production process and comprehensively compared with the traditional static roasting process. The results showed that the qualified lanthanum oxide products can be produced by gas suspension calcination. The product has the characteristics of perfect uniformity, good fluidity and large specific surface area. The device could be widely used in the rare earth industry because of the low energy consumption per unit product.
