基于国家自然科学基金项目视角的甘肃省基础研究能力分析与对策

摘　　要：国家自然科学基金项目作为支持基础研究的主要方式,在引导基础研究与前沿探索、发现和培养人才、促进科技创新发展中发挥着极其重要的作用。本文通过分析2010—2019年甘肃省获得国家自然科学基金项目资助情况,深度剖析甘肃省基础研究现状、特征与不足,并结合甘肃实际,提出加强基础研究的对策建议。As the main way to support basic research, NSFC projects play an extremely important role in guiding basic research and frontier exploration, discovery and training of talents, and promoting scientific and technological innovation and development. Based on the analysis of the NSFC project funding in Gansu Province from 2010 to 2019, this paper makes an in-depth analysis about the status quo, characteristics and deficiencies of basic research in Gansu Province, and combined with the reality of Gansu Province, puts forward countermeasures and suggestions for strengthening basic research.
