摘 要:采用焙烧—酸浸的方法从某Li_(2)O品位为0.64%的黏土型锂矿中浸出锂,考察了焙烧时间和焙烧温度对Li_(2)O浸出率的影响,利用正交试验研究了酸浸工艺中浸出温度和时间、硫酸浓度和液固比对Li_(2)O浸出率的影响。结果表明,黏土型锂矿在600℃焙烧30min后,锂焙烧渣在浸出温度90℃、浸出时间30min、硫酸浓度1.5mol/L、浸出液固比为6的条件下搅拌浸出,Li_(2)O浸出率最高达92.97%,浸出效果良好。Lithium was leached from clay-type lithium ore with Li_(2)O grade of 0.64%by roasting-acid leaching.Effects of roasting time and temperature on Li_(2)O leaching rate were investigated.Effects of leaching temperature and time,sulfuric acid concentration,and ratio of liquid to solid(L/S)on Li_(2)O leaching rate in acid leaching process were investigated by orthogonal test.The results show that Li_(2)O leaching rate is 92.97%under the optimum conditions including roasting time of 30 min,roasting temperature of 600℃,leaching temperature of 90℃,leaching time of 30 min,sulfuric acid concentration of 1.5 mol/L,and L/S=6.
