云南某地区男性合成毒品使用者中多药滥用情况及其危险因素分析

摘　　要：目的:了解云南合成毒品使用者的多药滥用现状及其危险因素。方法:采用横断面调查方法,对云南某男子强制隔离戒毒机构的主要滥用合成毒品的戒毒学员进行问卷调查。结果:在200名合成毒品滥用者中,41.5%的调查对象滥用过阿片类物质与合成毒品,单纯使用合成毒品的占58.5%。合成毒品使用者多药滥用与非多药滥用者在年龄及文化程度之间存在差异(P<0.05),多药滥用者以46岁及以上(占80.0%)、初中及以下(占45.0%)为主。认为合成毒品能戒断海洛因的人中,71.9%的是多药滥用者。年龄较大、文化程度低及认为合成毒品可以戒断海洛因的合成毒品使用者更易于多药滥用。结论:与沿海地区及云南毗邻地区相比,云南合成毒品滥用者中多药滥用情况更为严重与复杂,需引起重视。建议针对不同特点的合成毒品使用者开展有针对性、综合的干预和治疗,从而促使他们掌握正确的药物相关知识、减少合成毒品及多药滥用的健康危害。Objective:To investigate the status and risk factors of poly drug use among synthetic drug users in Yunnan province. Methods:A cross-sectional study of the new synthetic drug use and associated behaviors was conducted. Results:Among 200 participants, 41.5% participants abused opioids and synthetic drugs, and 58.5% participants only used synthetic drugs. There were differences in age and educational level between polydrug users and non-polydrug users(P<0.05). Polydrug users were mainly above 46 years old(80.0%) and junior high school and below(45.0%). Those who thought synthetic drugs could quit heroin off, 71.9% were polydrug users. The synthetic drug users who were older, poorly educated and believed that synthetic drugs could quit heroin off were more likely to abuse polydrugs. Conclusion:Compared with coastal areas and adjacent areas, the status of poludrug use among synthetic drug abusers in Yunnan is more serious and complex. The relevant departments should pay attention to this phenomenon. Targeted and comprehensive intervention and treatment should be carried out for synthetic drug users with different characteristics, so that we could help them to master the correct drug-related knowledge and reduce the health hazards of synthetic drugs and polydrug abuse.
