摘 要:目的探讨第四肋软骨和肋骨胸骨端随年龄演变规律。方法收集已知年龄的男性第四肋软骨和肋骨胸骨端56例,平均年龄38.57岁,观察肋软骨切面颜色、结构、质地和肋骨胸骨端的窝、前后壁、质地变化,分析不同年龄段形态变化。结果肋软骨横切面形态适合快速推断50岁以前个体年龄;第四肋骨胸骨端形态推断年龄跨度大,结合肋软骨和其他骨骼可以避免误判,缩小误差。结论第四肋软骨和肋骨胸骨端推断年龄效果较好。Objective To explore the correlation between age and the morphology changing of cartilage costali and the sternal end of the fourth rib. Methods The fourth costal cartilage and sternal end of ribs were collected from 56 adult males of known age, the average of age was 38.57 years old. The color, structure, texture of costal cartilage and the articular surface, antero/posterior walls, texture were observed, statistical analysis was made after evaluation. Results Transverse section of costal cartilage is suitable for rapid estimation of individuals before 50 years old. Age estimation from sterna end of the fourth rib has a large age span, and combining costal cartilage and other bones can avoid misjudgment and reduce errors. Conclusion Based on the fourth costal cartilage and sterna end of ribs, age estimation can achieve reliable results.
