摘　　要：Qinghai(in Northwest China)Women's Federation and the provincial court,procuratorate and public security,justice,civil affairs and education departments have worked together in recent years to implement five work mechanisms.Those mechanisms have laid a solid foundation that is helping to protect women and children's rights and interests.
