摘 要:高强预应力混凝土管桩(PHC管桩)以其独特的优点越来越广泛地应用于实际工程建设中,然而,由于土塞效应的存在,PHC管桩的实际承载特性更复杂。论文系统地给出了PHC管桩的荷载传递机理和承载受力特性,并结合泰兴人才公寓项目进行PHC管桩工程实例分析。研究结果显示:由于土塞的作用,增加了桩土的摩阻力,使得单桩的承载力更大。通过对PHC管桩的竖向静载Q-S曲线分析发现,PHC管桩的沉降量随着荷载值的增加不断增大,当加载至3 200 kN时,基桩的沉降量为19.01 mm。计算得到PHC管桩的单桩竖向承载力标准值满足试验单桩的极限承载力。High strength prestressed concrete pipe pile(PHC pipe pile) is widely used in practical engineering construction due to its unique advantages. However, due to the existence of the earth plug effect, the actual bearing characteristics of the PHC pipe pile are more complicated. In this paper, the load transfer mechanism and load bearing characteristics of the PHC pipe pile are given systematically, and the PHC pipe pile engineering case is analyzed in combination with the Taixing talent apartment project. The results show that the friction of pile soil is increased due to the action of the soil plug, which will make the bearing capacity of single pile larger. Through the analysis of the vertical static load Q-S curve of the PHC pipe pile, it is found that the settlement of the PHC pipe pile increases with the increase of load value. When the load reaches 3 200 kN, the settling volume of the foundation pile is 19.01 mm. The standard value of the vertical bearing capacity of the PHC pipe pile is calculated, which met the ultimate bearing capacity of the test single pile.
