摘 要:黄登水电站库区车邑坪滑坡体目前处于变形状态,其稳定性直接影响到滑坡体内村庄和沿江公路的安全。基于针对车邑坪前期已经完成的工作,应用"鹰眼视角"观察和分析法,以BIM+GIS技术融合为核心、深度整合物联网技术、人工智能AI、大数据等前沿技术,并以车邑坪滑坡体为实例,建立高坝水库库区大型滑坡体全生命周期管治体系框架,将影响滑坡体形成的水文环境、流域地质环境、水库库区水文地质条件聚焦至滑坡体地形地貌、地质特征信息和滑坡体三维地质信息模型中,由一套"鹰眼视角"实现从宏观大场景到细节BIM模型化的管控系统平台的研究和创建。The Cheyiping landslide in the reservoir area of Huangdeng Hydropower Station is in a state of deformation, and its stability directly affects the safety of the village in the landslide and the road along the river. Based on the preliminary work has been completed of Cheyiping landslide, we use the "eagle eye" observation and analysis method, taking BIM+GIS technology integration as the core, deeply integrate the internet of things technology, artificial intelligence AI, big data and other cutting-edge technologies, and taking the Cheyiping landslide as an example, the framework of the whole-life cycle governance system of the large landslide of high dam reservoir area was established, the hydrological environment, the geological environment of the watershed and the hydrogeological conditions of the reservoir area that affect the formation of the landslide are focused on the landslide topography, geological feature information and the 3 D geological information model of the landslide, to realize the research and creation of control system platform from macro scene to detailed BIM model with a set of "eagle eye perspective".
