摘 要:肠道微生物区系是肠-皮肤轴的主要调节因子,可以将肠道与炎症性皮肤病联系起来。调节肠道微生物区系可改善肠道微环境,进而影响皮肤健康。虽然越来越多的证据证明了肠-皮肤轴的存在,但他们之间的作用机制还有待阐明。本文总结了肠道微生物与三种常见皮肤病——痤疮、特异性皮炎、银屑病相互作用的最新进展,与此同时提出了补充益生菌和改善饮食成分作为潜在参与者改善皮肤健康的策略。Intestinal microflora is a major regulator of the gut-skin axis, which can link the gut with inflammatory skin diseases and improve the intestinal microenvironment by regulating the intestinal microflora in the body to improve the skin condition. Although there is increasing evidence for the existence of the gut-skin axis, the mechanism of action between them remains to be elucidated. This review summarized the latest developments in the interaction of a series of microorganisms with three common skin diseases including acne, specific dermatitis and psoriasis, as well as supplementing probiotics and improving dietary ingredients as strategies for potential participants to improve skin health.
