摘  要:为掌握野生见血清种子特性,用光学显微技术研究见血清种子形态结构、种皮细胞壁成分,并用不同浓度氢氧化钠处理种子以确定无菌播种适宜预处理条件。结果表明:见血清种子由种皮和胚组成,无胚乳,胚为球形胚,种胚占种子体积13.44%,种子气腔体积占86.56%,为轻浮型种子;种皮细胞壁中含有纤维素、木质素和角质。采用0.5%氢氧化钠处理6 min可打破种皮限制,适宜作为无菌播种预处理条件。To explore the characteristics of wild Liparis nervosa seeds,the seed morphology and structure,cell wall components of seed coat were observed by optical microscopy.And,the seeds were treated with different concentrations of sodium hydroxide to determine the appropriate pretreatment conditions for sterile sowing.The results showed that the seed was composed of seed coat and embryo without endosperm.The embryo remained as globular embryo when the seed matured.The volume of embryo accounted for13.44%of the seed volume.The seed chamber volume was 86.56%,indicating that the seeds of Liparis nervosa belonged to the flighty seed type and were suitable for long-distance transmission.The cell wall of seed coat contained cellulose,lignins and cutin.Treatment with 0.5%sodium hydroxide for 6 min could break the seed coat limit and was suitable as a pre-treatment condition for sterile sowing.
