摘　　要：目的:探讨头皮原位再植术修复全头皮撕脱伤的临床疗效,分享笔者医院治疗全头皮撕脱伤的临床经验。方法:选取2017年3月-2019年9月笔者医院收治的全头皮撕脱伤患者21例作为研究对象,入院后根据患者情况给予抗感染、抗休克等对症治疗。所有患者均采用头皮原位再植术治疗。术后两周拆线,检查回植头皮成活情况,进行疗效评价。出院后随访12个月以上,记录其并发症情况。结果:头皮原位再植术后,患者回植头皮成活良好,其中优14例,良5例,差2例,优良率为90.48%。随访期间,出现1例感染,1例头皮瘙痒,2例头皮肿胀,1例其他,并发症总发生率为23.81%。结论:头皮原位再植术修复全头皮撕脱伤疗效好,有效率高,并发症较少,能够有效恢复头部血运情况,提高回植头皮成活率,值得推广。Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of scalp in situ replantation for the treatment of total scalp avulsion,and to summarize and share our hospital's clinical experience in the treatment of total scalp avulsion.Methods A total of 21 patients with total scalp avulsion who were admitted to our hospital from March 2017 to September 2019 were selected as the research objects.After admission,they were given anti-infective and anti-shock treatments based on their conditions.All patients were treated with scalp in situ replantation.The sutures were removed 2 weeks after the operation,the survival of the replanted scalp was checked,and the curative effect was evaluated.Follow up for more than 12 months after discharge,and record the complications.Results After the scalp in situ replantation,the patients survived well with the replanted scalp.Among them,14 patients were excellent,5 patients were good,and two patients were poor,and the excellent and good rate was 90.48%.During the follow-up period,there was one patient of infection,one patient of scalp itching,two patients of scalp swelling,and one patient of other cases,and the total incidence of complications was 23.81%.Conclusion The scalp in situ replantation has a good effect on the treatment of total scalp avulsion,with high effective rate and fewer complications,which can effectively restore the blood supply of the head and increase the survival rate of the scalp replantation,and is worthy of promotion.
