重睑成形术联合泪腺复位术矫治眼睑松弛症的美容效果分析

摘　　要：目的:探究重睑成形术联合泪腺复位术矫治眼睑松弛症美容效果以及预后情况。方法:对2017年1月-2020年6月笔者医院收治的80例眼睑松弛症患者相关资料进行回顾性分析,依据患者治疗术式分为两组,将接受重睑成形术患者归为对照组(n=37),将接受重睑成形术联合泪腺复位术患者归为联合组(n=43)。比较两组患者治疗效果,住院时间与眼部外观恢复正常时间,手术前后美容效果,术后瘢痕及并发症情况。结果:联合组总有效率(90.70%)显著高于对照组(72.97%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。联合组住院时间以及眼部外观恢复正常时间均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者术后6个月眼眶褶皱情况、皱纹情况评分均显著减轻,且联合组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组术后1周和术后6个月瘢痕情况及术后不良反应发生率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:眼睑松弛症患者应用重睑成形术联合泪腺复位术治疗效果较好,美容效果优异。Objective To explore the cosmetic effect and prognosis of blepharoplasty combined with lacrimal gland reduction in the treatment of patients with blepharochalasis.Methods A retrospective analysis was performed on the related data of 80 patients with dermatolysis palpebrarum admitted to the hospital from January 2017 to June 2020.According to different treatment methods,they were divided into the control group(n=37,blepharoplasty)and the combination group(n=43,blepharoplasty combined with lacrimal gland reduction).The curative effect,hospitalization time,time of ocular appearance returning to normal,cosmetic effect before and after surgery,postoperative scars and complications were compared between the two groups.Results The total response rate in the combination group was significantly higher than that in the control group(90.70%vs 72.97%),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The hospitalization time and time of ocular appearance returning to normal in the combination group were shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05).At 6 months after surgery,scores of orbital folds and wrinkles in both groups were significantly decreased(P<0.05),which were significantly lower in the combination group than the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in scar score at one week and 6 months after operation and incidence of postoperative adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion The cosmetic effects of blepharoplasty combined with lacrimal gland reduction in the treatment of patients with blepharoptosis has good therapeutic effect and excellent cosmetic effect.
