摘　　要：目的:分析CO2激光联合重组人干扰素α-2b凝胶治疗面部扁平疣患者的疗效及对患者皮肤病生活质量评分的影响。方法:选取2018年7月-2019年12月笔者科室收治的62例面部扁平疣患者。根据随机对照实验将患者分为研究组(31例)与对照组(31例)。对照组采用CO2激光治疗,研究组给予重组人干扰素α-2b凝胶辅助CO2激光治疗。观察两组患者治疗效果、皮肤病生活质量指数量表(DLQI)评分、不良反应率及复发率。结果:治疗后,研究组治疗有效率达93.55%,高于对照组的70.97%,两组比较有显著性差异(P<0.05);两组患者DLQI评分均降低,研究组低于对照组,具有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组不良反应率及复发率均低于对照组,具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:采用重组人干扰素α-2b凝胶辅助CO2激光治疗面部扁平疣,能有效提高机体免疫能力,清除体内HPV病毒,降低并发症及复发率,临床疗效佳。Objective To explore the effect of carbon dioxide laser combined with recombinant human interferonα-2b gel treatment on efficacy and dermatology life quality index(DLQI)score in patients with verruca plana.Methods A total of 62 patients with verruca plana admitted to the hospital from July 2018 to December 2019 were selected.According to the randomized controlled experiments,patients were divided into study group(31 cases)and control group(31 cases).The control group was treated with CO2 laser,and the study group received recombinant human interferonα-2b gel with CO2 laser treatment.Efficacy,dermatology life quality index(DLQI)score,adverse reaction rate and recurrence rate of the two groups of patients were recorded.Results The total effective rate of treatment was higher in the study group than in the control group(93.55%vs.70.97%,P<0.05).After treatment,the DLQI scores of the two groups of patients decreased and were lower in the study group than in the control group(P<0.05).The adverse reaction rate and the recurrence rate of the study group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of recombinant human interferonα-2b gel with CO2 laser in verruca plana can effectively improve the body's immunity,remove HPV virus from the body,reduce complications and recurrence rates,with good efficacy.
