丁慧教授对于敏感性皮肤在基层医院皮肤科临床现状的见解

摘　　要：本文通过对敏感性皮肤成因、发病机制和临床现状的论述,阐述目前许多基层皮肤科医生,由于学科框架理论知识储备不足和对敏感肌肤认识的欠缺,在临床诊疗上存在问诊不详细、诊断不明确、治疗手段参差不齐等问题,针对敏感性皮肤应在避免诱因的基础上正确护肤、合理防晒,并及时修复受损的皮肤屏障。除此之外,也应让基层皮肤科医生认识到,敏感性皮肤病的日常宣教大于精心治疗,应提高患者对该疾病的认知度和消费水平,采取综合性的治疗措施,改善敏感性皮肤患者的不适症状并提高其生活品质。Through the discussion of the causes,pathogenesis and clinical status of sensitive skin,this paper expounds that many basic dermatologists at present,because of the lack of theoretical knowledge of the subject framework and the lack of understanding of sensitive skin,exist in clinical diagnosis and treatment:the problems of not detailed consultation,unclear diagnosis,uneven treatment methods,etc.Sensitive skin should be based on avoiding inducements,proper skin care,reasonable sunscreen,and timely repairing of damaged skin barrier.In addition,we should also make primary dermatologists realize that the daily education of sensitive skin diseases is greater than that of careful treatment,and improve the patients'awareness and consumption level of the disease.We need make full use of the comprehensive treatment to improve the uncomfortable symptoms of sensitive skin patients and improve their quality of life.
