摘  要:荧光碳点是新型碳基纳米材料的一个新兴类别,由于其优异的荧光可调谐性,来源广泛,成本低廉,作为一种“绿色材料”逐渐登上了荧光纳米材料的舞台,受到研究学者们的广泛关注,引发了包括生物医学、化学传感、光电器件在内的许多领域的研究热潮。近年来,大量的新型荧光碳点材料被开发并应用于WLEDs。本文从碳点的合成、荧光机理及WLEDs的应用角度对该领域的最新研究进展进行了综述,重点介绍了该领域最新相关的研究成果。Fluorescent carbon dots,as an emerging category of new carbon-based nanomaterials,have gradually entered the stage of fluorescent nanomaterials as a“green material”,attracting considerable interests among researchers and arousing research booms in many fields including biomedicine,chemical sensors and photoelectric devices,due to their excellent and tunable fluorescence properties,and abundant low-cost sources.In recent years,a large number of new fluorescent carbon dots materials have been developed and applied in WLEDs.The latest research progress on this field was reviewed from the perspective of the preparation of fluorescent carbon dots and the application of WLEDs,with emphasis on the most relevant research achievements in this field.
