摘 要:针对我国氧化铝生产状况、高硫铝土矿资源资源状况以及脱硫方法进行深入分析。我国的高硫铝土矿资源较为丰富,主要集中在贵州、山西、广西与河南等省份。近年来,我国氧化铝生产所需原料主要依赖进口优质铝土矿,且进口量逐年增加,2019年进口量高达10050.9万吨,因此,开发利用高硫铝土矿生产合格氧化铝,可以极大缓解国内优质铝土矿短缺而过度依赖进口的问题。高硫铝土矿的开发利用,则需要解决脱硫问题,其中常见的方法是火法脱硫,此方法需要用焙烧的方式进行脱硫,且要求所需的焙烧温度高、时间长,所以能耗会增加。所以,寻求能耗低、污染小的焙烧方式成为高硫铝土矿脱硫的关键,其中微波焙烧脱硫有诸多,如:温度可控、不同矿物相选择性加热、能耗低、效率高等优点,因此,微波焙烧脱硫在未来的氧化铝工业中会得到极大的应用。An in-depth analysis of the distribution of high-sulfur bauxite resources and production capacity in my countrywas conducted.My country s high-sulfur bauxite resources are relatively rich,mainly concentrated in the provinces of Guizhou,Shanxi,Guangxi and Henan.In recent years,the raw materials required for alumina production in my country have mainly relied on imported high-quality bauxite,and the import volume has increased year by year.In 2019,the import volume was as high as 10.509 million tons.Therefore,the development and utilization of high-sulfur bauxite to produce qualified alumina can be greatly improved.The problem of domestic high-quality bauxite shortage and excessive dependence on importsis alleviated.Due to the presence of sulfur,it is necessary to solve the problem of desulfurization.The common method is fire desulfurization,this method needs to desulfurize by roasting,and requires high roasting temperature and long roasting time,so energy consumption will increase,with long roasting time,and high energy consumption.Therefore,seeking a roasting method with low energy consumption and low pollution has become the key to high-sulfur bauxite desulfurization.Among them,microwave roasting desulfurization has many advantages,such astemperature controllable,selective heating of different mineral phases,low energy consumption,high efficiency,etc.Therefore,microwave roasting desulfurization will be greatly applied in the future alumina industry.
