摘 要:采用电子束辐射对尼龙66复合材料进行交联改性,通过凝胶含量测试材料的交联度,并研究辐射交联对材料性能的影响。结果表明:使用三官能团交联剂在辐射剂量为100 kGy时凝胶含量达到84%。辐射交联虽然降低了尼龙66复合材料结晶完善性和结晶程度,但材料的吸水率降低了31.7%,拉伸强度、弯曲强度和弯曲模量分别提高9.5%、8.5%和9.2%,CTI值提高了75 V,交联结构提高了材料的力学性能和电绝缘性。The nylon 66 composite was modified by electron beam irradiation crosslinking.The crosslinking degree was investigated through gel content test.The effects of irradiation crosslinking on the properties of the nylon 66 composite were also studied.The results showed that the gel content reached 84%when a three-functional group crosslinking agent was used and the radiation dose reached 100 kGy.Although the regularity of crystallization and crystallinity were reduced after irradiation crosslinking,the water absorption rate of the material reduced 31.7%,the tensile strength,bending strength and bending modulus increased 9.5%,8.5%and 9.2%respectively,and CTI value increased 75 V after irradiation crosslinking.The crosslinking structure improved the mechanical property and electrical insulation property of the material.
