摘 要:设计了(CoCrNi)100-x(CuV)x(x=0,3,5)系列中熵合金,并对其做冷轧和不同热处理工艺处理,然后用X射线衍射和扫描电子显微镜对其组织和结构分析,用拉伸仪器和硬度仪对其性能分析。结果表明:在900℃退火处理时,添加0、3%和5%的Cu、V元素强度分别是864 MPa、943 MPa和1001 MPa,塑性分别是53%、46%和43%,Cu、V元素的添加使得Co、Cr、Ni元素在晶界富集,强度得到提升,但是塑性会下降。退火态的强化方式主要是析出强化。同时Cu、V的添加提高也能合金耐腐蚀性能。(CoCrNi)100-x(CuV)x(x=0,3,5)series of medium-entropy alloyswere designed,and were treatedwith cold rolling and different heat treatment processes,and then X-ray diffraction and scanning electron microscopywas used to treat them,and structural analysis,tensile instrument and hardness testerwere used to analyze the performance.The results showed that when annealing at 900℃,the strengths of Cu and V elements added with 0,3%,and 5%were 864 MPa,943 MPa and 1001 MPa,respectively,and the plasticity was 53%,46%and 43%,respectively.Addition made Co,Cr,Ni elements enriched in the grain boundary,the strength was improved,but the plasticity will decrease.The main method of strengthening in the annealed state was precipitation strengthening.At the same time,the addition of Cu and V can also improve the corrosion resistance of the alloy.
