摘 要:利用放电等离子烧结(SPS)制备了Cu-8Cr-4Nb合金,研究了保温时间和升温速率对Cu-8Cr-4Nb致密度、电导率、力学性能和组织结构的影响。结果表明当:当烧结压力为30 MPa,烧结温度分别为800℃、900℃、950℃时,在保温时间为10 min、升温速率为100℃/min下,合金的相对致密度分别达到98.98%、99.09%、99.02%,接近理论致密度。合金电导率、硬度、抗拉强度也优于其他工艺参数。Cu-8Cr-4Nb alloy was prepared by spark plasma sintering(SPS).The effects of holding time and heating rate on the density,electrical conductivity,mechanical properties and microstructure of Cu-8Cr-4Nb alloy were studied.The results showed that when the sintering pressure was 30 MPa,the sintering temperature was 800℃,900℃,950℃,the holding time was 10 min,the heating rate was 100℃/min,the relative density of the alloy reached 98.98%,99.09%,99.02%,respectively,which was close to the theoretical density.The electrical conductivity,hardness and tensile strength of the alloy were also better than other process parameters.
