摘 要:探讨了成膜物质、锈转化剂对可带锈涂装的水性防锈底漆涂膜性能的影响,发现采用聚偏氯乙烯-丙烯酸乳液作成膜物质,植酸作锈转化剂,不添加磷酸,制得的可带锈涂装的水性防锈底漆附着力、耐中性盐雾性能最佳,而适量尼龙粉的引入可明显提高涂膜的耐腐蚀性能。本文制得的可带锈涂装的水性防锈底漆储存稳定,不含重金属和防锈颜料,附着力好,耐腐蚀性能佳,在钢结构翻新领域具有广泛的应用前景。The effects of emulsions and rust converting agents on the film properties of water-based rust conversion primers were discussed.The water-based rust conversion primers prepared with poly vinylidene chloride acryliccopolymer emulsion and phytic acid without phosphoric acid showed the best comprehensive performance,and the addition of appropriate amount of nylon powder could significantly improve the corrosion resistance of the films.The primer has a good storage stability,adhesion and corrosion resistance,contains no heavy metals and anti-rust pigments,and has wide application prospects in the field of steel structure renovation.
