摘　　要：目的观察40例慢性缩窄性心包炎患者心包剥除术后疗效。方法收集宜宾市第一人民医院、西南医科大学附属医院2014年3月至2019年3月行部分心包剥除术的40例慢性缩窄性心包炎患者临床资料,观察其手术疗效并进行分析。结果心包切除手术后,患者症状得到明显缓解,术后中心静脉压由术前(20.8±4.7)mmHg明显下降至术后(11.1±2.4)mmHg(P<0.05),左室射血分数由术前(57.7±8.0)%升至术后(65.0±6.5)%(P<0.05),随访1年后患者NY心功能分级明显提高(P<0.05),患者心功能能得到明显改善。结论部分心包剥除术可以降低慢性缩窄性心包炎患者中心静脉压和心率,术后左心室射血分数也明显改善,心功能明显改善,患者的生活质量得到显著提高。Objective To observe curative effect of 40 patients with chronic constrictive pericarditis after pericardectomy.Method From March 2014 to March 2019,clinical data of 40 patients with chronic constrictive pericarditis who underwent partial pericardectomy were collected,and curative effects were analyzed.Results Patients who underwent surgery were significantly relieved.Postoperative central venous pressure decreased significantly from(20.8±4.7)mmHg to(11.1±2.4)mmHg(P<0.05).Left ventricular ejection fraction increased from(57.7±8.0)%to(65.0±6.5)%(P<0.05).After 1 year of follow-up,patients NY heart function classification was significantly improved(P<0.05),and heart function was significantly improved.Conclusion Partial pericardectomy could reduce central venous pressure in patients with chronic constrictive pericarditis,improve left ventricular ejection fraction and cardiac function.Patients life quality could be significantly improved.
