摘 要:通过高温固相法合成Pr^(3+)不同掺杂浓度的K_(2)LaBr_(5)多晶料,采用垂直坩埚下降法生长出K_(2)LaBr_(5)∶Pr单晶,并对晶体进行一系列加工,得到∅12 mm×5 mm的圆柱透明晶体。该晶体属于正交晶系,晶胞参数为a=1.3360 nm,b=0.9927 nm,c=0.8462 nm,Z=4,晶体密度为3.908 g/cm^(3),熔点为607℃。测试了该晶体的X射线粉末衍射、X射线激发发射光谱、光致发光光谱、透过率等。在紫外光以及X射线的激发下,K_(2)LaBr_(5)∶Pr晶体在480~750 nm波长范围内呈现蓝光(^(3)P_(1)→^(3)H_(4))、绿光(^(3)P_(0)→^(3)H_(4),^(3)P_(1)→^(3)H_(5))、橙光(^(3)P_(1)→^(3)H_(6),^(3)P_(1)→^(3)F_(2))、红光(^(3)P_(0)→^(3)F_(2),^(3)P_(1)→^(3)F_(3))、深红光(^(3)P_(1)→^(3)F_(4)),及紫光(^(3)P_(0)→^(3)F_(4))等多个可见波长的光输出,表明该晶体具有优良的发光性能。在X射线的激发下,在360~440 nm范围内还观察到一个宽带4f 5d-4f^(2)发射跃迁。稳态瞬态荧光光谱分析仪测出光致衰减时间为10μs左右,紫外可见分光光度计则测出晶体在可见光波段的透过率达到88%。K_(2) LaBr_(5) polycrystalline materials with different doping concentrations of Pr^(3+) were synthesized by high-temperature solid-state method,and the K_(2) LaBr 5∶Pr single crystals were grown by vertical Bridgman technique,and cylindrical transparent crystals with ∅12 mm×5 mm were obtained by a series of processing.The crystal belongs to the orthogonality system and the cell parameters has been determined as a=1.3360 nm,b=0.9927 nm,c=0.8462 nm,Z=4,the crystal density is 3.908 g/cm^(3),the melting point is 607℃.The crystals were characterized by powder X-ray diffraction,X-ray excitation emission spectrum,photoluminescence spectrum,transmittance and so on.Under the excitation of ultraviolet light and X-ray,the K_(2) LaBr_(5)∶Pr crystal exhibits blue light(^(3)P_(1)→^(3)H_(4)),green light(^(3)P_(0)→^(3)H_(4),^(3)P_(1)→^(3)H_(5)),orange light(^(3)P_(1)→^(3)H_(6),3P 1→^(3)F_(2)),red light(^(3)P_(0)→^(3)F_(2),^(3)P_(1)→3 F 3),deep red light(^(3)P_(1)→3 F 4),purple light(^(3)P_(0)→3 F 4)and other visible wavelengths of light output in the wavelength range of 480 nm to 750 nm,which indicates that the crystal has excellent luminescent properties.Under X-ray excitation,a broadband 4f 5d-4f^(2) emission transition is also observed in the range of 360 nm to 440 nm.The scintillation decay time of K_(2) LaBr_(5)∶Pr crystal is about 10μs,which is measured by the steady-state transient fluorescence spectrophotometer,and the transmittance of the crystal in the visible range is 88%measured by the ultraviolet-visible spectrophotometer.
