摘　　要：针对超大型群体工程项目的创优管理,通过建立健全组织架构,总体规划、分区部署,统一协调指挥,统一调配资源,达到全场质量整体推进、均衡统一。采用科技创新引领,坚持策划优化先行,BIM 全过程应用等一系列有效措施,实现了特色鲜明、亮点突出的精品工程。Aiming at the excellent management of super large group engineering projects,through establishing and improving the organizational structure,overall planning,zoning deployment,unified coordination and command,unified allocation of resources,the overall promotion and balanced unification of the whole site quality can be achieved.A series of effective measures,such as leading by scientific and technological innovation,insisting on planning and optimization first,and BIM application in the whole process,have been adopted to realize the excellent project with distinctive characteristics and outstanding highlights.
