摘  要:为了提高大口径焊管生产线剪切对焊机的自动化水平,对其控制系统进行设计.根据该系统工艺设计要求,采用西门子S7-300PLC作为中心控制器、TP270作为人机界面和结构化编程设计软件,使该系统完成数据采集处理、逻辑运算和控制输出,实现参数设置和状态监控;在焊接控制电路中应用高性能伺服驱动技术,实现焊速的精准控制,确保控制系统的安全可靠,从而提高了焊接质量和速度,提高了生产效率.In order to improve the automation level of the shear-butt welding machine of the large-diameter welded pipe production line,we designed the control system.According to the process design requirements of the system,we adopted Siemens S7-300 PLC as the central controller,TP270 as the human machine interface,and the structured programming software to make the system complete data acquisition and processing,as well as logical operation and control output,and achieved parameter setting and state monitoring.We applied the high performance servo drive technology to the welding control circuit to realize the precise control of welding speed and ensure the safety and reliability of control system,which can improve the welding quality and speed,and the production efficiency.
