摘 要:以某学校闲置的CA6140车床为例,基于经济型数控车床系统对其进行数控化改造:控制方面,由国产BRSK810T型数控车床系统进行控制,通过对步进驱动器发送脉冲信号,驱动步进电机,实现各坐标轴的开环控制;机械结构方面,去除原有机床各坐标轴的传动部件,设计新的传动方式,同时,优化主轴传动和更换自动换刀装置.经过数控化改造后,可实现插补、自动换刀、螺纹加工等各种数控机床功能.改造后的设备提高了零件粗加工的生产效率,满足了学校教学实践需求,为机床改造提供了参考思路.Taking the idle CA6140 lathe in some school as an example,the economical NC lathe system was used for numerical control transformation.In terms of control,the domestic BRSK810 TNC lathe system was used,and the stepping motor was driven by sending pulse signals to the stepping driver to realize open-loop control of each coordinate axis.For mechanical structure,the transmission components of each coordinate axis of the original machine tool were removed,and a new transmission mode was designed.At the same time,the spindle transmission was optimized and the automatic tool changing device was replaced.After NC transformation,various NC machine tool functions such as interpolation,automatic tool change and thread processing can be realized.The reformed equipment improves the production efficiency of rough machining of parts,meets the needs of teaching practice in schools,which provides reference ideas for machine tool transformation.
