摘  要:并联电抗器是电站设备中噪音的主要来源,设计和研究低噪声电抗器具有重要意义。依据间隙铁心式电抗器铁心的结构特点,需要螺栓的紧固作用,在工作状态下电抗器的间隙式铁心部分受压应力作用。为了准确分析间隙铁心式电抗器的工作磁特性和电磁振动,开展了不同应力下多种铁心硅钢的磁化和磁致伸缩特性测量,并基于测量数据对电抗器样机电磁振动进行了分析计算。文中首先改进磁致伸缩测量系统,测量获取首钢3种典型铁心用硅钢在不同应力,特别是压应力下的磁化和磁致伸缩特性;考虑铁心磁致伸缩效应,对不同硅钢牌号制造的间隙电抗器铁心,分别对其不同应力下的磁场和机械场进行分析计算,获得了铁心磁通密度和应力的分布,以及不同位置的振动情况。本文的研究成果可为低噪声间隙铁心式电抗器的设计提供不同硅钢磁特性数据和理论分析方法。Shunt reactors are the main sources of noise in power plant equipment.It is of great significance to design and study low noise reactors.According to the structural characteristics of the gap-core reactor core,the fastening effect of bolts isrequired,and the partial compressive stress of the gap-core of the reactor acts under the workin gstate.In order to accurately analyze the working magnetic characteristics and electromagnetic vibration of the gap core reactor,the magnetization and magnetostriction characteristics of various core silicon steels under different stresses are measured,and the electromagnetic vibration of the reactor prototype is analyzed and calculated based on the measured data.Firstly,the magnetostrictive mea⁃surement system is improved to measure and obtain the magnetization and magnetostrictive characteristics of three typical silicon steels for iron cores in Shougang under different stresses,especially compressive stresses.Considering the magneto⁃strictive effect of iron core,the magnetic field and mechanical field of gap reactor iron cores made of different silicon steel grades under different stresses are analyzed and calculated respectively,and the distribution of magnetic flux density and stress as well as the vibration at different positions of the iron core are obtained.The research results can provide different silicon steel magnetic characteristic data and theoretical analysis methods for the design of low noise gap core reactor.
