摘  要:目的分析血清热休克蛋白60(HSP60)、过氧化物酶体增殖物激活型受体γ(PPARγ)水平与2型糖尿病(T2DM)患者糖脂代谢的关系。方法前瞻性选择2019年5月至2020年5月新乡市中心医院就诊的98例T2DM患者作为研究对象,初诊时测定血清HSP60、PPARγ水平和糖脂代谢[糖化血红蛋白(HbA1c)、空腹血糖(FBG)、餐后2 h血糖(2 h PBG)、三酰甘油(TG)、总胆固醇(TC)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)]水平,患者均接受6个月治疗,观察治疗6个月时血清HSP60、PPARγ水平和糖脂代谢变化,分析血清HSP60、PPARγ水平与T2DM患者糖脂代谢的相关性。结果治疗6个月,T2DM患者血清HSP60水平较治疗前降低、PPARγ水平较治疗前升高(P<0.001);治疗6个月,T2DM患者HbA1c、FBG、2 h PBG、TG、TC、LDL-C水平较治疗前降低,HDL-C水平较治疗前升高(P<0.001);T2DM患者血清HSP60水平与HbA1c、FBG、2 h PBG、TG、TC、LDL-C呈正相关(r>0,P<0.05),与HDL-C呈负相关(r<0,P<0.05);T2DM患者血清PPARγ与HbA1c、FBG、2 h PBG、TG、TC、LDL-C呈负相关(r<0,P<0.05);与HDL-C呈正相关(r>0,P<0.05)。结论血清HSP60、PPARγ水平与T2DM患者糖脂代谢有关。Objective To analyze the relationship between serum heat shock protein 60(HSP60),peroxisome proliferator-activated receptorγ(PPARγ)and glucose and lipid metabolism in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus(T2DM).Methods From May 2019 to May 2020,98 patients with T2DM in Xinxiang Central Hospital were prospectively selected as the research subjects.Serum levels of HSP60,PPARγ,glycolipid metabolism(HbA1c),fasting blood glucose(FBG),2 h postprandial blood glucose(2 h PBG),triglyceride(TG),total cholesterol(TC),high density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-C),low density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C)were measured at admission.All patients accepted treatment for 6 months.Serum levels of HSP60,PPARγand glucose and lipid metabolism were observed after 6 months of treatment.The correlation between serum HSP60,PPARγlevels and glucose and lipid metabolism in patients with T2DM was analyzed.Results After 6 months of treatment,serum HSP60 level of T2DM patients was lower than that before treatment,while serum PPARγlevel was higher than that before treatment(P<0.001).After 6 months of treatment,the levels of HbA1c,FBG,2 h PBG,TG,TC and LDL-C in T2DM patients were lower than those before treatment,while the levels of HDL-C were higher than those before treatment(P<0.001).The serum HSP60 level in T2DM patients was positively correlated with HbA1c,FBG,2 h PBG,TG,TC,LDL-C(r>0,P<0.05),and negatively correlated with HDL-C(r<0,P<0.05).Serum PPARγwas negatively correlated with HbA1c,FBG,2 h PBG,TG,TCand LDL-C in T2DM patients(r<0,P<0.05),and positively correlated with HDL-C(r>0,P<0.05).Conclusion Serum levels of HSP60 and PPARγare related to glucose and lipid metabolism in T2DM patients.
