摘　　要：目的观察飞力仕棒训练对提高胸段脊髓损伤后患者脊髓损伤独立性评估(SCIMⅢ)、日常生活活动能力(ADL)的疗效。方法选取西安中医脑病医院2018年10月至2019年10月收治胸段脊髓损伤患者40例,将患者按照随机数字表分为试验组和对照组,每组20例。对照组给予关节活动度维持训练、上肢肌力强化训练、平衡功能强化训练;试验组在对照组治疗的基础上配合飞力仕棒训练,治疗时间为期8周。采用SCIMⅢ、ADL能力评估判定治疗前后疗效。结果治疗前两组患者SCIMⅢ、ADL能力评估得分比较,差异无统计学意义;治疗后两组患者SCIMⅢ、ADL能力评估得分比较,差异有统计学意义。结论飞力仕棒训练能有效提高胸段脊髓损伤后患者SCIMⅢ、ADL能力。Objective To observe the effect of Flexi-bar training on improving the evaluation of spinal cord independence measure(SCIMⅢ)and activities of daily living(ADL)after thoracic spinal cord injury.Methods A total of 40 patients with thoracic spinal cord injury admitted to Xi'an Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine for Encephalopathy from October 2018 to October 2019 were selected and divided into experimental group and control group according to random number table,with 20 cases in each group.The control group was given range of motion maintenance training,upper limb muscle strength strengthening training and balance function strengthening training.The experimental group was treated with Flexi-bar training on the basis of the control group,and the treatment lasted for 8 weeks.SCIMⅢand ADL ability assessment were used to determine the efficacy before and after treatment.Results Before treatment,there was no significant difference in SCIMⅢand ADL scores between the two groups.After treatment,the scores of SCIMⅢand ADL ability assessment were compared between the two groups,and the differences were statistically significant.Conclusion The SCIMⅢand ADL ability of patients with thoracic spinal cord injury can be improved effectively by the training of Flexi-bar.
