自制痔疮洗剂熏蒸治疗Ⅳ度混合痔术后创面疼痛及水肿的临床研究

摘　　要：目的探讨自制痔疮洗剂熏蒸治疗Ⅳ度混合痔患者痔上黏膜环切钉合术(PPH)联合痔切除术后创面疼痛和水肿的临床效果。方法选择青岛西海岸新区区立医院普外科2019年3月—2020年11月期间收治的Ⅳ度混合痔患者共80例,随机分为2组,其中观察组(n=40)术后创面采用自制痔疮洗剂熏蒸治疗,对照组(n=40)术后创面给予常规对症治疗,比较2组患者术后创面疼痛程度、创面水肿消退情况。结果观察组术后第3天、第5天创面疼痛评分低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者术后创面水肿情况轻于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论自制痔疮洗剂熏蒸用于Ⅳ度混合痔患者PPH联合痔切除术后患者,能有效减轻创面疼痛、缓解创面水肿。Objective To explore the clinical effect of self-made hemorrhoid lotion fumigation in the treatment of wound pain and edema after PPH combined with hemorrhoidectomy in grade IV mixed hemorrhoids.Methods A total of 80 patients with grade IV mixed hemorrhoids who were admitted to the Department of General Surgery of Qingdao West Coast New District Hospital from March 2019 to November 2020 were randomly divided into 2 groups.The observation group(n=40)used self-made wounds after surgery Hemorrhoid lotion fumigation treatment,the control group(n=40)received conventional symptomatic treatment on the postoperative wounds.The degree of postoperative wound pain and the reduction of wound edema were compared between the two groups.Results The wound pain score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group on the 3rd and 5th day after operation,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the postoperative wound edema of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Homemade hemorrhoid lotion fumigation is used in the treatment of wounds after hemorrhoidectomy combined with PPH in patients with grade IV mixed hemorrhoids,which can effectively reduce wound pain and relieve wound edema.
