摘  要:石英纤维增强石英陶瓷复合材料凭借其优异的性能成为高速导弹天线罩、天线窗的首选材料,但由于气孔的存在,导致材料吸水,影响部分使用性能。本文通过在复合材料表面制备涂层,对其进行封孔与防潮处理,详细研究了涂层的附着力、硬度、介电性能以及吸水率等性能。实验结果表明,涂层的附着力良好,硬度适中,基材吸水率明显下降,常温以及高温对基材介电性能影响较小。该防潮体系涂层具有优异的防潮性能、良好的介电性能,已成功应用于某空-空重点型号产品上,得到了客户的一致认可和好评。Quartz fiber reinforced quartz ceramic composite material has become the first choice material for high-speed missile radome and antenna window due to its excellent performance.However,due to the existence of pores,the material absorbs water and affects part of its performance.In this paper,by preparing a coating on the surface of the composite material,sealing and damp-proofing it,the coating’s adhesion,hardness,dielectric properties and water absorption properties are studied.The results show that the coating has good adhesion,moderate hardness,and a significant decrease in the water absorption of the substrate.Normal temperature and high temperature have little effect on the dielectric properties of the substrate.The moisture-proof system coating has excellent moisture-proof performance and good dielectric properties.It has been successfully applied to a certain air-air key model product,and has been unanimously recognized and praised by customers.
