摘  要:本文主要针对具有三维网络结构的多孔陶瓷在制备过程中挂浆后,采用微波干燥工艺,通过控制微波功率密度,对比分析了不同微波功率密度干燥后产品含水率及对产品性能的影响。结果表明,微波功率密度越高,产品最终含水率越低,但是产品的性能降低,当功率密度超过26W/g时,产品干燥后显微镜下可见明显裂纹,当功率密度低于26W/g时,产品无开裂现象,并随着功率密度降低,性能逐步提升,但是产品与自然干燥相比烧成后有强度减损现象。综合产品性能与生产效率,功率密度在18W/g时比较理想。In this paper, the microwave drying process was introduced into the preparation of porous ceramics with three-dimensional network structure. By controlling the microwave power density,the moisture content of the product and the influence on the performance of the product after drying with different microwave power density were compared and analyzed. The results show that the higher the microwave power density,the lower the final moisture content of the product. However,the performance of the product decreases with the increase of power density. When the power density exceeds 26 W/g,obvious cracks can be observed under the microscope after drying. With the decrease of power density,the performance of the product is improved. When the power density is lower than 26 W/g,there is no crack in the product,and with the decrease of power density,the performance is gradually improved. However,the strength of the product is reduced compared with the natural drying.
