公立医院学科经纪人管理制度初探  

Discussion on Discipline Agent Management System in Public Hospital

摘　　要：深圳市萨米国际医疗中心(深圳市第四人民医院)在中德合作的背景下,引进学科经纪人管理制度,促进医院和科室管理密切融合,学科经纪人成为了医院、科室之间的桥梁。医院初期确定健康管理部作为重点发展科室,学科经纪人有效地对医院和科室管理进行深度融合,灵活促进各项任务的落实,其中主要关注科室市场策略。通过两年多的实践,学科经纪人在科室的社会和经济效益、医院和科室管理融合等方面取得初步成果,在医院和科室整体发展方面凸显出积极作用。Under the Sino-German cooperation frame,Shenzhen Sami International Medical Center(The Fourth People's Hospital of Shenzhen)introduced the discipline agent management system in order to promote close integration of hospital and department management.The discipline agents became a bridge between hospital and departments.Health Management Department was initially determined as the key development department.The discipline agent effectively bridged management of the hospital and the department,and flexibly promoted implementation of various tasks with main focus on marketing strategy.During the practice of more than 2 years,the discipline agent management system achieved initial results in the social and economic benefits of the department and in integrated management of the hospital and the departments,and played an active role in the overall development of hospital and departments.
