摘　　要：目的建立心电监护质量指标并实施过程管控,提高心电监护报警设置的管理效果。方法把心电监护报警设置正确率作为心电监护过程指标,比较实施过程管控前、后心电监护报警设置正确率。结果实施过程管控后心电监护报警设置正确率(98.37%),显著高于实施过程管控前心电监护报警设置正确率(90.67%),差异具有统计学意义。结论建立心电监护护理质量指标并实施过程管控,有利于提高临床护士心电监护规范设置能力,完善国内心电监护报警设置相关标准。Objective To improve the management effect of ECG monitoring alarm setting by establishing the quality indicators of ECG monitoring and implementing process control.Methods The accuracy rate of ECG monitoring alarm setting was used as the process indicator of ECG monitoring was compared before and after the process control.Results The accuracy rate of the ECG monitoring alarm setting after the implementation of the process control(98.37%)was significantly higher than before(90.67%),and the difference was statistically significant.Conclusion Establishing the quality indicators of ECG monitoring and implementing process control helps improve nurses'ability of ECG monitoring standard setting and improve the standards of ECG monitoring.
