摘　　要：通过在法国格勒诺布尔教学医院进行学习与实践,充分认识和分析法国医院药师的工作模式和服务理念。围绕药学教育培养、医院药学架构与创新工作模式以及以患者为中心的服务理念等内容介绍了法国医院药师的工作内容与流程,并与国内医院的情况进行比对,提出可以借鉴的模式和理念。为促进我国医院药学发展和药师转型提供参考。Through the learning and practice in Grenoble Teaching Hospital in France,the author had deep understanding of the work mode and service concept of French hospital pharmacists.The author introduced the responsibilities and work process of French hospital pharmacists from pharmacologic education,pharmacy composition in the hospital,and the patient-centered service concept,and compared those with domestic hospitals.The author put forward the mode and concept that could provide reference for hospital pharmacy development and pharmacist transformation in China.
