摘　　要：目的探索建立一种合理、有效的公立医院病种经济绩效综合评价方法。方法以上海某院的优势学科骨科2019年各亚专科主要病种相关数据作为分析资料,计算经济绩效分值指标并进行综合评价。结果各亚专科中,“取除骨折内固定装置”病种的经济绩效分值普遍较高;主要病种经济绩效分值均较高的科室为亚专科7;亚专科9处于优势亚专科行列,半月板损伤类病种经济绩效分值较高且手术难度大,病种内涵价值高。结论经济绩效分值指标的建立及综合运用分析,可引导医院关注病种内涵价值提升,促使学科向积极有效方向发展,从而实现降本增效,推动医院高质量可持续发展。Objective To explore and establish a reasonable and effective comprehensive evaluation method for the economic performance of diseases in public hospitals.Methods Based on the data of major diseases in each subspecialty of the Orthopedics Department of a tertiary general hospital in Shanghai in 2019,the economic performance score index was calculated and comprehensively evaluated.Results Among all subspecialties,the economic performance scores of"removing fracture internal fixation device"were generally higher.The departments with higher economic performance scores of major diseases were subspecialty 7.The subspecialty 9 was in the ranks of the dominant subspecialties.The economic performance score of meniscus injury diseases was high,and the surgery was difficult,and the connotation value of these diseases was high.Conclusion The establishment and comprehensive application analysis of economic performance score index can guide hospitals to pay attention to the improvement of the connotation value of diseases,promote the development of disciplines to a positive and effective direction,so as to achieve cost reduction and efficiency increase,and promote the high quality and sustainable development of hospitals.
