摘  要:通过分析城镇污水处理厂普遍存在的运行难点和升级改造需求,针对城镇污水厂二级处理工艺,从进水水质特征和生化池各反应区运行优化方式入手,深度挖掘生化池处理潜能,提出针对不同进水水质条件和排放要求下的污水处理厂提标改造工艺路线。结合相关技改案例,探究针对氮、磷等污染物的工艺改造对策和优化建议,以全面提升氮、磷等污染物的去除性能,实现二级处理出水稳定达到或优于一级A排放标准,为高排放标准下新建污水处理厂及现有污水厂提标改造提供技术支撑。To promote the performance of biological denitrification and phosphorus removal in wastewater treatment,advancing the potential of biological tank,operation difficulties and upgrading requirements of urban wastewater treatment plants are analyzed from the characteristics of influent wastewater quality and optimization of each reaction zone in biological tank.Technical routes of upgrading standard for different influent quality and discharge requirements are proposed.Suggestions for transformation and optimization in treatment process are advanced combining relevant technical transformation cases.Technical support is provided for new wastewater treatment plants and upgrading under high emission standards to improve the removal performance of nitrogen,phosphorus and other pollutants comprehensively,achieving effluent quality meets or superior to the first grade A discharge criteria.
