摘 要:针对铁炭微电解填料易板结问题,设计多级过滤层反应器结构,采用铁炭微电解活化过硫酸钠(Fe-AC/PS)技术处理印染废水,考察了铁炭质量比、过硫酸盐投量、pH对COD及色度去除效率的影响,借助三维荧光光谱探讨了反应体系对有机物的降解效果,分析了COD的降解动力学。结果表明,在铁炭质量比为1∶3、过硫酸钠投量为15 mmol/L、pH值为6.0时,印染废水COD、色度去除率分别达到64.6%、79.6%,结合三维荧光光谱分析,说明Fe-AC/PS工艺对印染废水的有机物有明显的去除作用。Fe-AC/PS工艺降解COD的动力学方程为Y=0.3303X-0.3017,经处理后印染废水的BOD/COD由0.19增加至0.42。采用Fe-AC/PS工艺处理印染废水具有一定优势,能提高可生化性。In order to solve problems such as filler hardening of iron-carbon micro-electrolysis, multi-level filter was designed to prevent the device from clogging. Dyeing wastewater was treated by persulfate activated of iron-carbon micro-electrolysis (Fe-AC/ PS). Influence effect of Fe/ AC ratio, persulfate dosage, pH value on removal efficiency of COD and chroma were preliminarily discussed, respectively. Moreover, the biodegradation effect of organic compounds has been analyzed by three-dimensional fluorescence spectrum, as well as COD degradation kinetics. Results indicated that the COD removal efficiency of 64. 6% and the chroma removal efficiency of 79. 6% were achieved under following reaction conditions: Fe/ AC ratio was 1 ∶3, persulfate dosage was 15 mmoL/ L, pH value was 6. 0. According to a further result of three-dimensional fluorescence spectrum, Fe-AC/ PS could effectively get rid of proteins organic matter in dyeing wastewater. In addition, the kinetic fitting equation of COD by coupling Fe-AC/ PS was Y =0. 330 3X-0. 301 7, and the BOD/ COD of treated dyeing wastewater was increased from 0. 19 to 0. 42. Fe-AC/ PS has an certain advantage in the treatment of dyeing wastewater, while it obviously improved biodegradability.
