摘 要:目的:对膝关节置换患者围手术期护理中进行Teach-back健康教育应用评价。方法:选择64例近期行膝关节置换术患者,随机分为对照组与干预组,每组32例,在围手术期,对照组患者接受常规健康指导,干预组患者接受Teach-back健康教育,成立护理健康教育小组,对患者进行行为干预、自我效能与自我管理,出院予健康手册指导。比较两组患者功能锻炼依从性、特种外科医院(HSS)膝关节评分。结果:在膝关节置换患者围手术期护理中,干预组患者采取Teach-back健康教育,患者功能锻炼依从性、HSS膝关节评分等均显著优于常规健康指导的对照组。结论:关节置换患者围手术期进行Teach-back健康教育有利于提高患者功能锻炼依从性,促进康复疗效。Objective:Ta analyze the evaluation of the application of Teach-back health education in perioperative nursing of patients with knee replacement Methods:64 cases recent knee arthroplasty patients,randomly divided into control group and intervention group,32 cases in each group,in perioperative,control group to routine health guidance,be called-back health education intervention group,set up nursing health education group,behavior intervention on the patients,self-efficacy and self-management,discharge to the health guidance manual.Compliance with functional exercise and knee joint score of Hospital for Special Surgery(HSS)were compared between the two groups.Results:In the perioperative nursing of patients with knee replacement,the intervention group received Teache-back health education,and the patients'functional exercise compliance and HSS knee score were significantly better than those of the conventional health guidance control group.Conclusion:Teach-back health education in perioperative period of patients with joint replacement is beneficial to patients'functional exercise compliance and promote rehabilitation effect.
