个案管理护理模式对抑郁症患者应对方式的影响探析

摘　　要：目的:探讨对抑郁症患者应用个案管理护理模式的效果。方法:选择医院收治的90例抑郁症患者,随机分为对照组(45例)和观察组(45例),分别将常规护理、个案管理护理应用于对照组及观察组患者临床治疗中,对两组患者护理效果进行比较。结果:观察组患者护理后回避、屈服维度评分更低,面对维度评分更高(P<0.05);观察组恋者护理后生活质量评分高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组忠者抑郁焦虑情绪改善效果优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:将个案管理护理模式应用于抑郁症患者临床中能取得良好效果,尤其体现在患者能积极应对自身疾病、生活质量及不良情绪的改善方面具有优势,值得推广使用。Objective:To analyze the effect of applying case management nursing mode to patients with depression.Methods:Ninety patients with depression treated in the hospital of the study subject were randomly divided into 45 control groups and 45 observation groups.Routine nursing and case management nursing were applied to the control group and observation group.Patient care effects were compared.Results:Patients in the observation group had lower avoidance and yield dimension scores after nursing,and faced higher scores(P<0.05);patients in the observation group had higher quality of life scores after nursing than the control group(P<0.05);patients in the observation group.The effect of depression and anxiety on alpine was better than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The case management nursing model can achieve good results in the clinical treatment of patients with depression,especially in the aspects that patients can actively cope with their own diseases,improve the quality of life,and improve the negative emotions.Its advantages are worth popularizing.
