血清1,25-(OH)_(2)D_(3)水平与老年维持性血液透析患者血脂异常的相关性

摘　　要：目的:探讨血清1,25-二羟维生素D3(1,25-(OH)_(2)D_(3))冰平与老年维持性血液透析(MHD)患者血脂异常的相关性。方法:回顾性分析71例老年MHD患者临床资料根据其血脂异常情况分为异常组(26例)与正常组(45例)。检测患者1,25-(OH)_(2)D_(3)、血脂水平,分析1,25-(OH)_(2)D_(3),水平与老年MHD患者血脂异常的关系。结果:较正常组,异常组1,25-(OH)_(2)D_(3)、总胆固醇(TC)、低密度脂蛋白(LDL-C)、甘油三酯(TG)冰平较高,高密度脂蛋白(HDL-C)水平较低(P<0.05);经双变量Pearson检验分析得知,血清1,25-(OH)2D,与TC、TG、LDL-C水平均呈负相关(r<0,p<0.05),与HDL-C水平呈正相关(r>0,P<0.05)。结论:血清1,25-(OH)_(2)D_(3)与老年MHD患者血脂异常相关。Objective:To investigate the correlation between serum 1,25-dihydroxyvitamin D3[l,25-(OH)2D3]level and dyslipidemia in elderly patients with maintenance hemodialysis(MHD).Methods:The clinical data of 71 elderly patients who received MHD in our hospital from January 2019 to January 2020 were collected retrospectively.They were divided into a dyslipidemia group(n=26)and a normal group(n=45)according to the occurrence of dyslipidemia.l,25-(OH)_(2)D_(3)and blood lipid levels of patients were detected,the relationship between 1,25-(OH)_(2)D_(3)level and dyslipidemia in elderly patients with MHD was analyzed.Results:Compared with the normal group,the levels of 1,25-(OH)_(2)D_(3),total cholesterol(TC),low density lipoprotein(LDL-C),triglyceride(TG)in the dyslipidemia group were higher,the high density lipoprotein(HDL-C)levels were lower,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Bivariate Pearson test analysis showed that serum l,25-(OH)2D3 was negatively correlated with TC,TG,LDL-C levels(r<0,P<0.05),and positively correlated with HDL-C level(r>0,P<0.05).Conclusion:Semm 1,25-(OH)_(2)D_(3) is related to dyslipidemia in elderly patients with MHD.
