摘 要:本文研究了非协作条件下短码直接序列扩频(Short Code-Direct Sequence Spread Spectrum,SC-DSSS)信号的信息序列和伪码序列盲估计问题,针对现有的矩阵分解方法在伪码周期较长、观测矩阵较大的条件下存在计算量大、估计速度慢的问题,提出一种基于k均值聚类(k-means)的SC-DSSS信号信息序列及伪码序列估计方法。首先将采样后的观测信号按照信息码宽度分割,然后利用k-means算法对分割后码片进行聚类,在伪码序列未知的情况下,实现信息序列的盲估计。在此基础上对码片进行同相相加反相相减的处理,随后对信息码片按照伪码宽度进一步分割,最后对分割后码片进行伪码聚类实现伪码序列的盲估计。仿真实验结果验证了该方法的可行性与有效性。In this paper,we study the blind estimation of information sequence and Pseudo-Noise sequence of Short Code-Direct Sequence Spread Spectrum(SC-DSSS)signals under non-cooperative conditions.In order to solve the problems of large computation and slow estimation speed of the existing matrix decomposition methods under the condition of long pseudo code period and large observation matrix,a new method of SC-DSSS signal information sequence and pseudo code sequence estimation based on k-means clustering was proposed.First,the sampled observation signals are segmented according to the width of information code,and then the segmented codes are clustered by k-means algorithm.In the case of unknown pseudo code sequence,the blind estimation of information sequence is realized.On this basis,the information chip is further segmented according to the width of the pseudo code,and the pseudo code is clustering to realize the blind estimation of pseudo code sequence.Simulation results show the feasibility and effectiveness of the proposed method.
