摘  要:对某型飞机活塞杆制造过程进行分析,发现硬质阳极氧化层镜面加工尺寸超差和工件表面质量不满足硬质阳极氧化要求,是造成该活塞杆硬质阳极氧化层镜面加工困难的主要原因。研究表明,使用一种外圆浮动抛光装置能使硬质阳极氧化层镜面加工的下屑均匀、尺寸连续性变好;在煤油清洗后涂抹凡士林,可显著降低活塞杆表面的氧化腐蚀程度,使工件表面满足硬质阳极氧化要求。采用上述两种方法,解决了某型飞机活塞杆硬质阳极氧化层镜面加工的难题,显著地提升了活塞杆制造成品率。Based on the analysis of the scrapped products in the manufacturing process of a certain type of aircraft piston rod,it is found that the main reason for the difficulty in manufacturing the piston rod is that the size of the polished hard anodized surface is out of tolerance and the surface does not meet the requirements of hard anodizing.A floating polishing device can make the hard anodized surface carry evenly after polishing,and the size is continuous after polishing,which can significantly improve the qualification rate.The use of kerosene after cleaning and coating Vaseline can significantly reduce the oxidation and corrosion of the piston rod surface,which is easier to meet the requirements of hard anodizing.Through the above two methods,the problem of mirror machining of hard anodized layer of piston rod of a certain aircraft is solved.
