摘 要:针状焦是生产高功率(HP)和超高功率(UHP)电极石墨的主要材料。现阶段,美国、日本等国家是世界上可以规模性生产针状焦的国家。近年来中国针状焦技术研发取得了突破性进展,已经实现了工业化生产,但各个企业的生产应用技术仍存在一定程度的差异。文章详细介绍了各国针状焦的技术进步,分析各国针状焦的技术差异,指出中国针状焦技术的发展方向,强调中国针状焦技术的未来发展趋势。Needle coke is the main material for producing high power(HP)and ultra high power(UHP)electrode graphite.At present,the United States,Japan and other countries can produce needle coke on a large scale in the world.In recent years,breakthrough progress has been made in the research and development of needle coke technology in China,and industrial production has been realized.However,there is still a certain degree of difference in the production and application technology of various enterprises.This paper introduces the technical progress of needle coke in various countries,analyzes the technical differences of needle coke in different countries,and points out the development direction of needle coke technology in China.The future development trend of needle coke technology in China is emphasized.
