摘  要:随着科学技术的不断进步和发展,光谱分析技术有了长足发展。人们发现光谱分析可以依据物质自身光谱特征测定其化学组分和含量,显著特点是在测定的过程中具有高灵敏度和较快的测定速度,近年来逐步应用于环境和生物化学分析中。通过阐述光谱分析的概念、原理、优缺点以及光谱分析在环境及生物化学分析中的具体应用,以期为相关研究提供参考。With the continuous progress and development of science and technology,spectroscopic analysis techniques have been developed significantly.It has been found that spectroscopic analysis can determine the chemical components and contents of substances based on their own spectral characteristics,which is significantly characterized by high sensitivity and fast determination speed in the process of determination,and has been gradually applied to environmental and biochemical analysis in recent years.The concepts,principles,advantages and disadvantages of spectroscopic analysis,as well as the specific applications of spectroscopic analysis in environmental and biochemical analyses,are described in order to provide references for related researches.
