LNG全容储罐罐内九镍板材料标准分析

摘　　要：目前液化天然气(liquef ied natural gas,LNG)储罐采用较多的是9镍全容储罐,罐内金属材料有些项目采用欧洲标准或美国标准执行。其中9镍全容储罐内罐壁板、底板及环板、热角保护(thermal corner protection,TCP)板采用欧标EN 10028X7Ni9,国内一些相关LNG企业在逐步发展中,罐内金属材料均采用了国内标准,文章经过欧标与国标的对比分析,浅析国标替代欧标的可行性,并期望设计人员与项目业主深入讨论,以达成共识。At present LNG storage tanks are more used 9 nickel full capacity storage tanks.Some projects of metal materials in the tank adopt the European standard or the American standard.9 nickel capacitors inside the tank wall plate,plate and ring plate,TCP plate adopts the European standard EN 10028 X7Ni9,some relevant LNG domestic enterprises in developing step by step,tank adopts the domestic standard metal materials,after European standard and national standard of comparative analysis,this paper analyses feasibility of national standard instead of the European standard,and expect designers in-depth discussions with the project owner,to reach a consensus.
