摘  要:在异丙苯法AMS加氢路线的苯酚丙酮生产中,粗AMS直接加氢比预处理后再加氢每年节省的费用可达几百万元;但影响粗AMS直接加氢运行的因素比较多,使得催化剂寿命比较短,严重时还会造成催化剂提前失活。中沙石化从流程改造、控制优化和催化剂选择等方面入手,提升了粗AMS直接加氢运行的可靠性,确保了低运行成本的优势。In the production of phenol and acetone by AMS hydrogenation route with cumene process,the cost saved by direct hydrogenation of crude AMS can reach several million yuan per year compared with hydrogenation after pretreatment.However,there are many factors affecting the direct hydrogenation operation of crude AMS,which make the catalyst lifecycle shorter,and even cause the catalyst deactivation in advance.SSTPC has enhanced the reliability of direct hydrogenation operation of crude AMS by means of process modification,control optimization and catalyst selection and maintain the advantage of low operation cost.
