无机硅用整粒设备的研究与改进

摘  要:整粒设备,设置于造粒设备与冷却设备之间。传统设备成型之后的固体颗粒在冷却设备中急剧冷却时,会黏结成大体积聚集块,给筛分和粉碎工序带来很大的负荷,造成成品收率低,质量差等缺陷。文章中经改进的新型整粒设备可以有效防止固体物料由于急剧降温导致黏连成大块,易于冷却和后续的筛分粉碎,提高了无机硅的颗粒质量,有效节约人力,且所有较高颗粒收集率。A pelletizing device is arranged between the pelletizing device and the cooling device.When the solid particles formed by the traditional equipment are cooled rapidly in the cooling equipment,they will bond into large agglomerates,which will bring great load to the screening and crushing process,resulting in low yield and poor quality of finished products.The new type of pelletizing equipment can effectively prevent solid materials from conglutinating into large pieces due to sharp cooling,easy to cool and subsequent screening and crushing,improve the particle quality ofinorganic silicon,effectively save manpower,and have higher particle collection rate.
