摘  要:阳煤集团寿阳化工有限责任公司20万吨/年乙二醇项目,乙二醇合成技术采用氧化偶联法,即CO气相偶联反应生成草酸二甲酯,草酸二甲酯进一步加氢反应生成乙二醇。其中草酸二甲酯合成装置中硝酸还原反应后含有稀硝酸的废液需要用液碱中和处理,中和后的含盐废水经过电渗析、反渗透及多效蒸发等技术处理后送至生化污水处理系统。由于该部分废水盐含量较高,处理难度大、能耗高,且硝酸及其盐对设备、管道的腐蚀严重,该工艺造成大量硝酸和液碱的浪费。文章主要介绍该废液中的稀硝酸回收改造技术以及对系统产生的影响和效益。The 200000 ton/a glycol project of Shouyang Chemical Co.,Ltd.of yangcoal group adopts oxidation coupling method for the synthesis of ethylene glycol,namely,CO gas phase coupling reaction to form dimethyl oxalate,and dimethyl oxalate is further hydrogenated to generate glycol.The waste liquid containing dilute nitric acid after the reduction of nitric acid in dimethyl oxalate synthesis unit needs to be neutralized with liquid alkali.The neutralized salt containing wastewater is treated by electrodialysis,reverse osmosis and multi effect evaporation before being sent to the biochemical sewage treatment system.Because of the high salt content,the treatment difficulty and energy consumption of the wastewater are high,and the corrosion of nitric acid and its salt to equipment and pipeline is serious,and the process causes a lot of waste of nitric acid and liquid alkali.This paper mainly introduces the technology of recovery of dilute nitric acid in the waste liquid,and the influence and benefit on the system.
