摘　　要：自20世纪80年代干熄焦技术进入中国以来,在干熄焦领域中甚少有涉及干熄焦工程建设阶段项目管理的研究内容。建设期工程质量是影响干熄焦运营后效益的重要因素,值得业界予以高度重视。文章以干熄焦建设期为研究阶段,重点讨论此阶段工程质量管理方面存在的问题。Since the dry quenching technology entered China in the 1980s,there are few research contents involved in the project management in the construction stage of the dry quenching project.The quality of projects in the construction period is an important factor affecting the benefits after dry drying operation,which is worth paying great attention to by the industry.This paper takes the dry coke quenching construction period as the research stage,focusing on the problems existing in the project quality management.
